Feedback Forms The RRCC has created feedback forms that can be used in any business for the purpose of collecting constructive information in regards to how your customers perceive your business and the daily operation of it. It is for the benefit of your business and the benefit of the community to know what the customer expects and needs and if the business is fulfilling those needs.
